What is home of minotaur?

The home of the minotaur is said to be the Labyrinth, a maze-like structure located on the island of Crete in Greece. According to Greek mythology, the Labyrinth was constructed by Daedalus, a skilled craftsman, at the request of King Minos of Crete. The Labyrinth was designed to imprison the minotaur, a creature with the body of a man and the head of a bull. The minotaur was said to be the offspring of Pasiphaë, the queen of Crete, and a sacred bull. King Minos imprisoned the minotaur in the Labyrinth and demanded that Athens send seven young men and seven young women every nine years as a sacrifice to the creature. Theseus, a prince of Athens, eventually defeated the minotaur with the help of Ariadne, the daughter of King Minos, and the assistance of a ball of thread.
